Our mission is to provide learning opportunities for children and their families in rural areas of the Philippines, Indonesia and Kenya.
Most of us do not think much about recycling. We might clean bottles and jars, crush cartons and break down boxes. We might sort these items into their designated bins, but once we lose sight of the recyclables, the rest of the process is an abstraction. Recycling makes us feel good, but few of us know what actually happens to a plastic bottle after we drop it into a bin.
This documentary project highlights the myth about recycling and what really happens to your water bottle.
Award winning documentary project that explored the issue of homeless LGBTQ+ youth. Partnering with the Matthew Shepard Foundation, OUT in the Cold was featured at community forums around the globe dealing with the causes and solutions to this growing problem. It was distributed to schools and community centers nationally to be used as an educational tool and initiate local conversations about homeless teens.
